Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet client needs and industry standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration techniques and tools relevant to Salesforce. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
