Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the Bathware & Tiles industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with architects and builders, and contributing to the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business in the Bathware and tiles segment
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors
- Conduct daily sales meetings and contribute to sales planning and targets
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain and grow the dealer and distributor network
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the Bathware & Tiles industry
- Strong network with architects, builders, and interior designers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client meetings and generate business opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,019.17 - ₹35,110.02 per month
