Job Description: Factory Helper
Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily factory operations. The candidate will support production activities, material handling, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production and manufacturing processes.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
- Help machine operators and production staff as required.
- Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist in inventory counting and material arrangement.
- Perform other general factory duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and discipline.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaging, loading, or production support.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
