Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students on study-abroad opportunities while achieving assigned sales and admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds and career goals and recommend suitable options.
- Handle enquiries and leads through calls, messages, and personal consultations.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into applications and admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets set by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counselling and admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in study-abroad counselling/sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
