What You’ll Do?
- Handle customer queries & escalations with professionalism
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and provide quick, effective solutions
- Help reduce churn and build customer loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution

- Minimum 1 year experience working in a call centre / bpo
- Good communication skills
