BricksToHome is a real estate channel partner working with leading developers across Bangalore to help clients find properties that align with their needs. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Channel Relationship Manager to join our team.
About the role:
You will manage the full property sales cycle — from initial client engagement and requirement mapping to site visits and deal closure. This is a client-facing role that demands strong relationship-building skills, sound knowledge of the Bangalore property market, and a consistent ability to meet targets.

What you will do:
→ Manage client relationships from first inquiry to final closure
→ Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
→ Conduct site visits and property presentations across Bangalore
→ Coordinate with builders and developers to stay current on projects
→ Maintain an accurate pipeline and follow-up system
→ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What we are looking for:
→ 2+ years in real estate, sales, or business development
→ Strong communication and negotiation skills
→ Demonstrated track record of closing deals
→ Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market is a plus
→ Ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
