We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in industrial electrical system design and engineering. The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical design documents, control schematics, cable sizing, MCC design coordination, earthing and lightning protection systems, hazardous area classification, and supporting FAT & commissioning activities for industrial/process plant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Single Line Diagrams (SLD) using EPLAN Electric P8.
- Develop electrical load lists, control schematics, and power distribution drawings.
- Design and coordinate Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and electrical panels.
- Prepare cable schedules, cable sizing calculations, and routing layouts.
- Design earthing and lightning protection systems as per applicable standards.
- Prepare electrical panel layouts and control room layouts.
- Perform lighting calculations and lighting design for industrial facilities.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and site commissioning activities.
- Prepare and review hazardous area zone classification documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Process, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Civil departments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IEC/IS/NFPA/IEEE standards and project specifications.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Relevant experience in industrial plants, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, EPC, or process industries preferred
Pay: ₹11,165.07 - ₹33,783.80 per month
