About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media marketing, trend research, and community engagement. You will work closely with the founders and team to plan, create, publish, and optimize content that educates, engages, and grows our audience.
Key Responsibilities -
Content Publishing & Management
- Schedule and publish content on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure content is posted consistently according to the content calendar.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, titles, descriptions, and keywords for better reach and engagement.
- Monitor content performance and maintain posting schedules.
Content Research
- Research trending topics, viral content formats, industry news, and competitor strategies.
- Identify content ideas that align with our brand and audience interests.
- Collect references, examples, and inspiration for reels, shorts, posts, and carousels.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Content Creation & Editing
- Assist in creating social media posts, reels, shorts, carousels, and stories.
- Perform basic video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, or similar platforms (Not Mandatory) .
- Design simple graphics, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and maintains quality standards.
Content Strategy Support
- Contribute ideas for improving content quality, engagement, and audience growth.
- Suggest content themes, series, and campaign concepts.
- Help analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Support planning of weekly and monthly content calendars.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.
- Track audience feedback and identify common questions or content opportunities.
- Help build and nurture an engaged online community.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Ability to research topics independently.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic experience managing personal, college, or business social media accounts.
- Understanding of reels, shorts, and short-form video trends.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.

Internship Duration & Growth Opportunity

- High-performing candidates may also be considered for a full-time Social Media Executive/Manager role based on business requirements and performance evaluation.
