1. Patient Experience & Front Desk Management
Objective: Ensure smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.
- Greet and attend to patients promptly with a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain clean, professional, and organized front desk at all times.
- Ensure waiting area is tidy and client-ready throughout the day.
- Handle patient complaints and queries with patience and escalate as necessary.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
Objective: Maintain accurate and efficient patient flow through effective scheduling.
- Schedule appointments using clinic software or manual system.
- Follow up with patients for confirmations, reschedules, or cancellations.
- Minimize appointment gaps and manage overbooking to optimize doctor's time.
- Coordinate between dermatologists, trichologists, and other specialists for smooth transitions.
3. Registration & Documentation
Objective: Maintain proper records and ensure smooth onboarding for new and returning patients.
- Register new patients and update records for existing ones.
- Collect and verify patient information, consent forms, and medical histories.
- Ensure digital/physical filing systems are updated, secure, and accessible.
- Assist in preparing case files and reports as required by doctors.
4. Billing & Payments
Objective: Ensure accuracy and transparency in billing processes.
- Generate bills for consultations, procedures, and products.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, or online transactions securely.
- Maintain daily transaction reports and handover logs.
- Coordinate with accounts team for deposits and reconciliation.
5. Communication & Coordination
Objective: Ensure internal communication flows efficiently across departments.
- Relay doctor instructions to patients accurately.
- Inform staff about changes in appointment schedules or patient needs.
- Coordinate with marketing/PR for patient feedback or testimonials.
- Support in organizing promotional events or camps.
6. Daily Reporting & Compliance
Objective: Ensure all daily operations are recorded and compliant with clinic SOPs.
- Submit daily front office reports (appointments, collections, walk-ins, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection protocols.
- Follow clinic’s grooming and communication standards.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation
- Minimum 3 Year of experience in Healthcare
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
