Job Description: We are seeking a skilled RPA Project Lead with hands-on experience in UiPath, Automation Anywhere (AA), and Power Automate (PA) to lead automation initiatives across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills along with the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage RPA projects from planning to deployment and support.

Design and review automation solutions using UiPath, AA, and PA.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.

Guide and support RPA developers throughout the development lifecycle.

Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery with proper documentation.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize bots, and handle post-deployment support.

Track progress, report risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development and project delivery.

Proficient in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.

Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, exception handling, and process optimization.

Experience in leading small teams and managing stakeholder communication.

Good knowledge of workflow design, debugging, and bot orchestration.

RPA certifications (UiPath/AA/PA) are a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
