We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our organization and associated business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and team management, supporting growth in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Support marketing activities for domestic and international markets, including GCC regions.
- Oversee website content, social media platforms, and online brand presence.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to achieve marketing goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, including experience leading teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and campaign management.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to international marketing activities; GCC market experience is an advantage.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaign performance.
