Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including requisition review, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection specifically for IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to technical positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking events, and professional platforms to attract high-quality IT candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing channels and hiring outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience as an HR recruiter within the Information Technology and Services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles, technical terminologies, and specific skill sets required for various IT functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
