- Assess the patient's physical, emotional, and health care needs at home.
- Prepare and implement an individualized nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor vital signs and observe changes in the patient's condition.
- Provide wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and family members about disease management and home care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Ensure infection prevention and maintain a safe, clean home environment.
- Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding the patient's condition.
- Provide emotional support, promote patient comfort, and encourage independence whenever possible.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹57,750.00 per month
