Bluphlux is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative recruitment solutions powered by Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for our recruitment solutions.

Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.

Participate in design and code reviews to provide a quality perspective.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
