Job Title: MIS Executive – BPO **Location:** Malad, Mumbai **Industry:** BPO / Business Process Outsourcing **Experience:** 1–5 Years **Salary:** Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month **Employment Type:** Full-time ### Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MIS Executive** to join our BPO operations team in Malad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MIS reporting, data management, performance tracking, and advanced MS Excel. ### Key Responsibilities * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. * Maintain and analyze operational and performance data. * Track productivity, attendance, sales/service metrics, and team performance. * Prepare dashboards and reports for management review. * Generate accurate reports within defined timelines. * Coordinate with Operations Managers and Team Leaders for data requirements. * Maintain Excel trackers and databases. * Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy of reports. * Support management with data analysis and performance insights. ### Required Skills * **1–5 years of relevant MIS experience, preferably in the BPO sector.** * Strong knowledge of **MS Excel**. * Good understanding of **Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis**. * Experience in BPO/Call Centre MIS reporting will be preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines. ### Education Graduate in any discipline.
