Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and converting them into enrollments. You’ll act as the first point of contact for learners, guiding them through course details, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated through website, ads, and campaigns.
Follow up with potential learners via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand learner profiles and suggest suitable training programs.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Maintain CRM records and track daily follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in inside sales / counseling / tele-sales (preferably in the education or training industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand learner goals and pitch relevant courses.
Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up habits.
Comfortable working with CRM and reporting tools.
