- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and MIS data.
- Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
