We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Sales Executive to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and drive sales of financial products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to understand customer financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Promote and sell financial products such as business loans, personal loans, working capital solutions, insurance, investment products, or fintech services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or Insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in loan sales, insurance sales, or fintech products.
- Existing network of business owners, SMEs, or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements.
