We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with strong knowledge of gym machines and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through on-ground visits, developing strong dealer and client networks, and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories to generate business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential clients including gym owners, fitness studios, hotels, institutions, and corporate wellness centres.
- Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure repeated business.
- Ensure post-sales coordination, installation support, and customer satisfaction.
2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
- Maintain strong knowledge of gym machines and equipments.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, installation requirements, and usage to the customers.
- Provide on-site product presentations and demonstrations.
3. Sales Achievement
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and repeat orders.
- Promote full gym setup solutions and customized packages..
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new market developments.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market opportunities and challenges.
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily visit reports, lead status updates, and sales forecasts.
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales (fitness equipment/gym machinery preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cardio equipment, strength machines, and functional training equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client and dealer meetings.
