Job Description
Education: MBA (Premium Colleges Preferred)
Key Responsibilities: -
Design yearly marketing strategy, break it into weekly activities and make sure your team is in line with the strategy.
Review yearly strategy every quarter in advance, keep the management posted on any changes to be noted. This should be justified with insight of marketing reports
Prepare yearly budget along with the yearly strategy
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal product managers and driving collaboration with creative and sales team
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
Test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Work with the product managers & creative team member, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Manage Website content and updates
Track and analyse competitor’s activities and fine tune strategies
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Ensure success of your team members in achieving their targets
Skill Set and Qualifications required:
Master’s degree in marketing field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans, campaigns, and budget
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Hands-on experience in inbound and outbound marketing, account-based marketing, retargeting & SEO

Please note, You need to be part of WeP Solutions team for a minimum period of 12 months from your effective date of joining. If you decide to terminate your employment before the end of 12 months, you will be required to pay an amount equivalent to your salary for one month as compensation for breach of this clause and reimburse the company for the cost of Rs.30,000/ (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only)- incurred by the Company on your training prior to your employment
