Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to handle customer acquisition and client relationship management within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and explain service offerings
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
