KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Drafting, vetting & execution of Lease Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Managed Office Agreements, Service Agreements, and other critical real estate documents.
▸ Strong understanding and hands-on handling of LOIs (Letters of Intent) across various stages of transactions.
▸ End-to-end management of Lease Deed & Sale Deed registrations at Tehsil offices, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
▸ Preparing transfer sets and maintaining structured, highly professional legal documentation and records.
▸ Conducting property due diligence, title verification, and ensuring strict compliance with local real estate laws and regulatory frameworks.
▸ Supporting litigation management, legal operations, and risk mitigation processes to protect corporate assets and business interests.
▸ Coordinating with internal stakeholders, clients, and external counsel on legal matters related to leasing and commercial real estate.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in complex real estate transactions and property law.
▸ Excellent drafting and contract-reviewing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
▸ LLB degree from a recognised institution; additional qualification in real estate or corporate law is a plus.
▸ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to seamlessly interact with elite corporate clients and senior management.
▸ Proven ability to manage multiple files, strict deadlines, and intricate legal processes efficiently.
▸ Familiarity with Delhi NCR property registration procedures, RERA compliance, and stamp duty frameworks.
▸ A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
