We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, data visualisation, and management reporting.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create interactive dashboards using Power Query and DAX.
Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
Prepare MIS, management, and ad-hoc reports.
Track KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Automate and improve existing reporting processes.
Provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MIS Analyst, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
Good knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
Good understanding of data visualisation and reporting.
Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
