A standalone, high-ownership finance seat reporting to the Co-Founder & CFO, with direct access to both founders
from day one. This is the operational core of Capitalise: Shubham and Utsav are the client- and board-facing voice
on every mandate you build everything that goes into those rooms.
ESSENTIAL
- Chartered Accountant
- 3+ years across financial modelling, valuation, accounting or CFO advisory.
- Demonstrated end-to-end accounting capability you have closed books, not only reviewed them.
- Advanced Excel and modelling discipline: clean, auditable, documented workbooks a third party can pick up.
- Working grounding in valuation methodology and the rigor to defend your assumptions under challenge from the founders, even if you're not the one defending them to the client.
- High ownership, independent judgement, and comfort working at pace directly with founders this is a back-office seat with front-office standards.
You will be tested on these in the technical round. We are not looking for textbook recall we are looking for someone who has done the work.

What you should already be fluent in: Ind AS / Indian GAAP, Schedule III presentation, revenue recognition, leases, consolidation basics, closing entries, audit coordination
- Domain: Compliance Interface
What you should already be fluent in: GST, TDS, advance tax, ROC filings, FEMA reporting touchpoints enough to spot the risk and brief the consultant
- Domain: Financial Modelling
What you should already be fluent in: Three-statement builds, working-capital and debt schedules, scenario and sensitivity design, unit economics, dilution waterfalls
- Domain: Valuation
What you should already be fluent in: DCF and WACC build-up, comparables and precedents, VC method
- Domain: Advisory CFO
What you should already be fluent in: Board packs, investor MIS, budgeting and forecasting, cash and treasury management, finance SOP design
- Domain: Structuring
What you should already be fluent in: Cap tables, ESOP pools, CCPS / convertibles / SAFEs, term sheet economics, SHA and SSA mechanics, cross-border holding structures
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
