Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one video calls with customers and showcase sarees and women’s clothing.
- Understand customer requirements such as design, colour, fabric, occasion, budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, availability and other relevant information.
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other online channels.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the store and billing team to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, collections, offers and product availability.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
