Hardcore Telesales Executive
Job Description
We are hiring experienced Hardcore Telesales Executives for a Work From Office position in Kolkata.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of hardcore outbound telesales experience
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, sales conversion and deal closure
- Must have worked with daily/monthly sales targets
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Job Details:
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 in-hand
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Sunday fixed off
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Face-to-face interview mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
Not Eligible: Customer support, inbound non-sales, FMCG, retail, shop/counter sales and field sales candidates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
