Job Summary:
The Project Manager – Civil is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing construction projects within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, contractors, subcontractors, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Site Management
- Supervise overall site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor daily construction activities and resolve technical issues at site.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review meetings.
Cost & Budget Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
- Track project expenses and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Review contractor bills, material consumption, and project profitability.
Quality Management
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement quality control procedures and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and quality audits.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and statutory compliance at site.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce adherence to HSE policies.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities, legal regulations, and company policies.
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with procurement, billing, planning, and design departments.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and MIS reports.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil) is mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, multiplexes, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
