Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with
hands-on experience in managing D2C brand operations across marketplaces and
quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling
online sales, catalog management, campaign execution, inventory coordination,
and marketplace growth strategies on platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa,
and Blinkit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for D2C products.
Handle product listings, catalog creation, pricing updates, and content
optimization.
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Blinkit.
Coordinate inventory planning and stock management across all channels.
Execute promotional campaigns, sponsored ads, and discount planning.
Monitor order processing, returns, refunds, and customer satisfaction
metrics.
Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and design teams.
Ensure timely resolution of marketplace issues and policy compliance.
Support online brand growth and marketplace expansion strategies.
Required Skills
Experience working with D2C brands and online marketplace management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and quick-commerce
processes.
Hands-on knowledge of seller dashboards and catalog management.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising and promotions.
Good analytical and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Experience in wellness, beauty, FMCG, healthcare, or consumer brands
preferred.
Knowledge of Shopify and D2C website operations will be an added
advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
