Job Title: Administrative Executive
Job Summary
The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office operations, maintaining records, managing communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and office housekeeping.
- Monitor expenses and support budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–5 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP/office management software.
- Vendor management and procurement experience.
- Basic accounting or HR administration knowledge.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
