Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to forecast procurement needs.
- Supplier Management:
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform regular supplier performance evaluations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure no shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure all orders are processed on time and meet production or project timelines
- Budget Management & Cost Control:
- Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Monitor and report on spending and take corrective actions to stay within budget.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier communications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
