Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients from company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our interior design services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead records.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
