Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager who has strong expertise in D2C logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have managed end-to-end logistics operations, from procurement to final customer delivery, and have hands-on experience handling a minimum of 1,000 D2C shipments per day.
The candidate should be capable of managing warehouse operations, inventory, courier partners, order fulfillment, dispatch, returns, and customer delivery while ensuring operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete D2C supply chain from procurement to customer delivery.
- Handle end-to-end order fulfillment, including inventory planning, warehousing, packing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
- Manage daily operations of 1,000+ D2C shipments with high accuracy and on-time dispatch.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, customer support, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Manage relationships with courier aggregators and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment performance, delivery timelines, return rates (RTO), and logistics costs.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery speed and reduce operational costs.
- Handle reverse logistics, returns, replacements, and damaged shipments efficiently.
- Prepare MIS reports and track logistics KPIs such as SLA, dispatch timelines, delivery success rate, and courier performance.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and maintain documentation.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in D2C logistics and supply chain operations.
- Must have hands-on experience managing 1,000+ D2C shipments per day.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end logistics operations from procurement to final customer delivery.
- Experience working with D2C brands in e-commerce, healthcare, FMCG, wellness, or consumer products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, courier operations, and reverse logistics.
- Experience with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, ClickPost, or similar platforms.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, OMS, and Excel for operational reporting and analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
