Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager to lead our student placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will build strong industry relationships, create employment opportunities for students, and ensure successful placement outcomes through effective coordination with employers, students, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and hiring managers.
- Generate placement opportunities through corporate outreach and business development.
- Coordinate campus drives, recruitment events, interviews, and job fairs.
- Guide students on interview preparation, resume building, aptitude tests, and career readiness.
- Track student eligibility, placement progress, and hiring outcomes.
- Work closely with trainers and academic teams to ensure students meet industry requirements.
- Maintain employer and placement databases with accurate records and reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Collect employer feedback and continuously improve placement processes.
- Represent the academy at networking events, industry meets, and recruitment programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, Business Development, or Corporate Relations.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment drives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and placement activities when required.
