About the Role
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executives to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have experience in solar products, EPC projects, or technical sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for solar products and EPC projects.
- Identify and develop relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, solar technologies, and market developments.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines).
- 1–3 years of experience in Solar, EPC, or Technical Sales.
- Preference will be given to Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
