Profile Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, social media content, reels, transitions, and visual storytelling. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Edit raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos.
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic visual effects.
- Create videos according to the content brief, brand guidelines, and social media trends.
- Perform basic color correction, audio synchronization, and video enhancement.
- Maintain proper video quality, aspect ratios, and formats for different social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the Social Media, Content, and Graphic Design teams.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions as required.
- Manage and organize project files, footage, and final video assets.
- Deliver assigned projects within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Understanding of reels, short-form content, transitions, captions, and pacing.
- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual details.
- Good understanding of current social media video trends.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility
- 0–1+ years of experience in video editing.
- Freshers with practical knowledge and a good portfolio/showreel are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship, freelance, or personal project experience can also apply.
- Relevant course/certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field will be an added advantage.
