Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, help build client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads, prospects, and new market opportunities
Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies via email, calls, and networking
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline and activity data
Proposals, and reports for prospective clients
Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform BD strategy
Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings as needed
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude
Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
