Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Front Office Executive

Reports To: Front Office Manager / Hotel Manager
Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant and smooth guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Handle cash, card payments, and prepare daily front office reports
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage front desk correspondence
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and offers to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Work Conditions
- Shift-based duty (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays)
