Maintenance involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining machines, equipment, and building systems, including tasks such as routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing malfunctions, and fixing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural issues.
Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical Pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ensure all the maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spares parts inventory.
Participate in shutdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs.
Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) as per the operating schedule.
Check the inlet and outlet water flow regularly.
