Job Summary
Boop Org Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging and visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform concepts into impactful visual content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, advertisements, and presentations.
- Create branding materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, packaging, and promotional collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and client servicing teams to develop visually appealing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
- Create and adapt designs for both digital and print media.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Revise and refine designs based on client and internal team feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of integrating AI into creative workflows for enhanced efficiency and innovation.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Familiarity with web and interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or creative environment will be preferred.
