Job Purpose
To generate sales of Intermediate Light Commercial Vehicles (ILCV) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), achieve assigned sales targets, develop fleet and retail customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the dealership's commercial vehicle business. The role involves prospecting, customer acquisition, vehicle demonstrations, financing coordination, and after-sales relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ILCV and LCV products.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, market surveys, and customer referrals.
- Identify and develop retail, fleet, institutional, and corporate customers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up on leads.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, contractors, and SME customers.
- Understand customer transportation requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and coordinate with service teams when required.
- Promote customer retention and referral business.
Fleet & Institutional Sales
- Develop business from logistics companies, e-commerce operators, distributors, FMCG companies, schools, staff transportation operators, and government institutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing within dealership guidelines.
- Participate in fleet tenders and institutional sales opportunities.
Finance & Insurance Coordination
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and finance partners for vehicle loan approvals.
- Promote insurance, extended warranty, AMC, and other value-added products.
- Assist customers with documentation and financing processes.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product launches.
- Collect market feedback and customer insights.
- Identify emerging business opportunities within assigned territories.
Sales Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Update CRM and dealership management systems regularly.
- Ensure completion of all sales documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery processes.
Vehicle Delivery & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure smooth vehicle handover and delivery experience.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups.
- Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Automobile Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales, commercial vehicle sales, fleet sales, or field sales.
- Experience in ILCV, LCV, truck, pickup, cargo vehicle, or transport industry sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
