Interior designer/Site Supervisor
About the Role
We are looking for an active, technically sound and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day execution of interior projects. The person will act as the key coordination point between the Interior Designer, vendors, contractors and on-site teams, ensuring that designs are executed accurately, efficiently and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the Interior Designer, contractors, vendors and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, BOQs, measurements and technical specifications.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved designs, drawings and quality standards.
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress, quality and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other site workers.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify work before execution.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution issues proactively.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries and installation schedules.
- Maintain proper communication and provide regular site progress updates.
- Ensure proper finishing, workmanship and attention to detail across the project.
- Coordinate with the design team whenever changes or practical site-related solutions are required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of practical on-site experience in interior execution or related fields.
- Strong understanding of interior execution
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and working drawings.
- Good vendor and manpower management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Must be comfortable working actively on-site and in the field.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and get things done.
- Should be enthusiastic, proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil work and other interior execution activities will be preferred.
Experience in residential interiors / full-home interior projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
