Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Sector 63 , Noida
Salary: 25k to 30k per Months

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented business development executive to join our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting IT products/services, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through inside sales or visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet potential clients and explain company IT products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update customer information in CRM/software.
- Follow up with clients for proposals, negotiations, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with the technical and support team for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Good knowledge of IT products/services such as software, hardware, cloud solutions, website development, digital marketing, etc.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of supplements/fitness (preferred)
- Sales experience is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
- Confident, target-oriented, and positive attitude
