Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the International Voice Process role. The candidate will interact with international customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer support with professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain high customer satisfaction during interactions
- Follow company guidelines and process standards
- Update customer records and call details in the system
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma / HSC
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Flexible to work in night shifts
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
