We are looking for Freelance Recruiters to support our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring candidates for IT & Non-IT positions.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and personal networks.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team/client.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and networking skills can also apply.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Smartphone and internet connection required.
