The Head– Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential/commercial real estate projects, drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversions. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behaviour, and integrated marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement annual and project-specific marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Define positioning, branding, and communication strategies for projects.
2. Brand Management
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication.
- Manage corporate branding and project branding initiatives.
3. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
- Oversee media planning, buying, and campaign performance tracking.
- Manage product launches, events, exhibitions, and site activations.
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics and conversion funnels.
5. Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.
- Support channel partners and brokers with marketing tools and campaigns.
6. Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital agencies, and other vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.
7. Budgeting & ROI
- Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Track ROI on campaigns and optimize spends for maximum efficiency.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Set performance goals and ensure team productivity and creativity.
Key Requirements:
Education:
MBA in Marketing / PGDM (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 12–18 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5–7 years in the real estate industry
- Proven experience in handling large-scale real estate project marketing.
