Job Summary
Experience: 4-6 yrs
- Work experience in Embedded Software Unit Testing with good understanding of V-Cycle. Well aware of Unit Test methodologies.
- Hands on Experience on Embedded Software Unit Testing – Black Box and White Box Level.
- Very good knowledge on Embedded C programming. · Knowledge on python scripting.
- Hands-on experience in Unit testing tools like VectorCAST/LDRA/RTRT.
- Working Experience on Unit Test Automation.
- Good Knowledge on ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA Guidelines. · Good understanding of the V-model, Agile methodology · Good Knowledge on Software Debugging & Test Methodology. · Experience in Configuration management, Change management methodologies.
- Knowledge on Automotive Diagnostics Standards : ISO14229
- Knowledge on Automotive SPICE Standard · Experience in Target Deployment Port/ Target based Testing technique/Simulator based Testing.
- Tools : VectorCAST/LDRA/RTRT , Codebeamer for Task management, Logical Analyzer, Infineon Microcontroller tools (Compiler, Emulator, Simulator), Lauterbach Simulator, Enterprise Architect, Greenhills/IAR, Eclipse, Tasking Compiler, iSYSTEM WinIdea Debugger, Vector Canalyzer and MKS Source Integrity · Good oral and written communication
- Excellent people skills—ability to work well within an interdisciplinary team · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
The engineer is responsible for Software Unit Test cases Development and Execution for Safety Critical Applications.
- This Engineer possesses excellent software testing skills, a strong sense of Software Development Life Cycle Process activities and V-Cycle.
- This Engineer has advanced functional knowledge of modern automotive electronic control circuits (ASICs, Transceivers, Communication Protocols – CAN, SPI ) and a thorough knowledge of microprocessor/controllers.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in autosar standards and implementation
2. Experience working with canoe tools for network development and analysis
3. Strong programming skills in c language for embedded systems
4. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and protocols
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
6. Good communication and leadership skills to effectively lead technical teams

Establish and adhere to estimates in project work plan for assigned tasks · Provide regular updates of assigned task progression to Test lead for project planning, tracking and oversight · Identify or propose product process or infrastructure improvements · Contribute current status, relevant data and constructive opinion at team/section meetings.
