Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare high-quality food for banquet events, weddings, conferences, and regular guests.
- Design and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, helpers, and cooks.
- Coordinate with banquet and service teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during events.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
