Role: Senior / Staff Product Manager- AI & Data Platform
Reporting To: SVP- Product
Location: Bangalore, India

What You will Do:
- Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered data products.
- Work closely with customers to identify and solve key challenges.
- Partner with engineering, design, and founders to launch impactful features.
What We are Looking For:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building products for Data Engineers or prior Data Engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- ELT/ETL and Data Warehousing
- Data Quality & Observability
- Workflow Orchestration
- Hands-on exposure to dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, and Airflow.
- Experience building AI-powered products, including LLMs, RAG, and AI Evaluation.
Note: This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, make product decisions, and drive execution with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a Series A/B startup environment (Founder experience is a plus).
- Must have built products for Data Engineers.
- Series A startup experience is mandatory.
- AI product experience is required.
Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹6,500,000.00 per year
