Countronics (est. 1978, ISO 9001:2015) is a Ghaziabad-based manufacturer of products for industrial automation — pH/conductivity/humidity controllers, data loggers, temperature scanners, ampere hour meters, and timers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry & Lead Management
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received via email, TradeIndia, and IndiaMART
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for inquiry follow-ups
- Maintain a systematic follow-up tracker/log so no inquiry is missed, with clear status updates (quoted, negotiating, closed, lost)
Quotations & Documentation
- Prepare and send price quotations as per company format
- Generate proforma invoices for confirmed orders using the standard company template
- Maintain organized records of all quotations, proforma invoices, and customer correspondence for easy retrieval
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, etc.) with regular posts
- Write and publish blog posts/articles on the company website
- Coordinate with management on content calendar and marketing initiatives
General Office Coordination
- Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
- Coordinate between sales inquiries and internal teams (production, dispatch) as needed
- Any other sales-support and marketing-support tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
- Good written and spoken English communication
- Comfortable with email, MS Excel/Word, and basic web tools
- Prior experience with B2B portals (IndiaMART/TradeIndia) preferred
- Familiarity with social media posting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Basic understanding of blog writing/content publishing (WordPress experience a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with follow-up-heavy work
Experience: 6 months - 2 years years in sales coordination, inside sales, or digital marketing support (industrial/B2B background preferred but not mandatory). Candidates living close the factory location will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
