Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or later)
- Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Database design concepts (tables, indexes, normalization).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Good understanding of backup, recovery, and HA/DR strategies.
Tools & Technologies
- Oracle tools: RMAN, OEM, AWR, Data Guard
- SQL Server tools: SSMS, SQL Profiler, Extended Events
- Monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Version control tools (Git preferred)
Experience Requirements
- 6–8 years experience as a DBA.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale production databases.
- Experience with migration, upgrades, and cloud databases is preferred.
